My contribution to the Scrapwest Challenge of Changing Colours was this little house card made with blues and greens - colours I feel I dont use enough off and will use more in the future. I love how this turned out. The back of the card is metal foil which was placed in a cuttlebug embossing plate and it was then coloured with alcohol inks.
wow.. really love this Carrie :o)
Foil finish is fab! - I really want some of those embossing plates ;-)
this is just really really really gorgeous. really.
Love how this has turned out, and looking at your vines I can't wait for mine to arrive lol
Stunning piece xx
Me Again - Wow what a wonderful surprise when I got this card in the post today! Thanks so much, and in all honesty the photo doesn't do it justice. For anyone else reading this, the key and leaves on the front are metal embellishments, and the inside is lined with velvet. It is so tactile I can't put it down!!!! Thank You. xxxx
Very, very nice Carrie!!!! How come you are so talented and the rest of us are just.....hmmmmm.??!!
How did you do at the Stitch Show? Any new ideas to share with us??!! How was your felting class? Inquiring minds want to know!!! Hugs, Carol
It looks fabulous.
Fantastic! Love it!

I LOVE this...stunning work as always. The colours are my fave for working with atm. The metal vines are great aren't they...really bendy!!

This is simply divine. Glad you described how you created the background because I immediately wanted to know!
